Relay remains in development. The core business workflow and the customer My Services experience are now implemented for internal review and testing.
- Customers, quotes, jobs, invoices and recorded payments are connected in one business workflow.
- Repeat work, team assignment and job completion flows are implemented.
- Invited customers can use My Services to link a business and view requests, proposals, jobs and invoices.
- Service requests can be reviewed and converted into proposals through the existing quote workflow.
- Internal staging and automated checks are continuing. Relay is not publicly released.
